IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:
All Returns/Exchanges MUST Occur Within 10 Days of Purchase!
- Knots in the yarn are not a defect. Yep, they annoy all of us. But, knots happen.
- If we wind your yarn into a cake -- it's yours. Hug it, squeeze it, call it George.
- Needle, cable, notions, and accessories returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Buying the wrong cable happens -- we get it.
- Books and patterns are non-refundable.
- YARN, must be unused and kept protected from animal dander/hair, pests, perfumes, etc.... It must be in original and unused-condition, and must weigh what is states on the package. Hint: keep the extra ball you might not use in a sealed bag until you are certain.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return, or change this policy at any time.
E-COMMERCE RETURN POLICY:
Customer Service Must Be Notified of Shipping Errors/Damage Within 3 Business Days of Receiving Your Package!
- Damaged Packages happen -- If your package arrives damaged take pics prior to opening it!
- We will need pics of the unopened package, and the damaged goods. We will also need a description of the delivery circumstance to give the carrier.
- Wrong Items Sent -- We try, but give us a call if we sent the wrong item. Send a pic of the item in the package to [email protected]
